The Position:
We are seeking an Administrative and Events Coordinator to join our team in Adelaide. As a key member of our support services team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Director and coordinating corporate events and presentations.
Your duties will include:
- Facilitating end-to-end event management for corporate events, including fundraisers, seminars, and speaking engagements
- Handling incoming correspondence and calls on behalf of the Director
- Managing the calendar and appointments for the entire Adelaide team
- Ordering office supplies and handling deliveries
- Organizing company documents and files and preparing presentations
- Liaising with vendors and clients regarding upcoming presentations and events
- Assisting with other administrative and project-based tasks as needed
This position is suited to a candidate with previous office administration and event management experience. Excellent organizational and communication skills are a requirement of this position.
