Job Description:

The role will be responsible for providing high-quality support to users, either directly or through a helpdesk approach. This includes collaborating with the Corporate Information Management Team (CIM) to improve approaches for testing system changes and maintaining quality assurance activities for electronic document and records management systems (eDRMS). The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, problem-solving skills, and experience in working within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to users, addressing their queries and resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently;
  • Work collaboratively with the CIM to develop and implement effective solutions for improving user engagement and enhancing the overall eDRMS experience;
  • Contribute to the development of training programs and materials to educate users on eDRMS best practices and procedures;
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify areas for improvement and propose strategic solutions to enhance the user experience;
