Electronics Specialist Role OverviewThis position will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and growth within a cutting-edge production environment.
You will be working closely with a team responsible for designing, testing, and integrating electronic systems and components using advanced technology.
Key Responsibilities:- Designs and manufactures electronic components and systems following established methods and procedures.
- Efficiently tests and tunes electronic circuits, ensuring high-quality results.
- Collections and analyzes data associated with test findings and solutions.
- Provides actionable feedback to management and peers on testing processes and tools.
- Maintains quality standards through best practices and efficient workflow management.
- Ensures adherence to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Conducts root cause analysis of failed components and recommends corrective actions.
- Leads continuous improvement projects targeting waste affecting product quality, cost, and schedule.
- Advanced Diploma in Electronics or equivalent qualification.
- Technical expertise in electronics or relevant field.
- IPC-A-610 or equivalent certification.
- Manual dexterity and precise motor skills.
- Ability to perform work under a microscope.
- Capacity to read technical instructions and drawings.
- Proficiency in using computers to access documents.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail, persistence, and accuracy.
- Ability to handle small and delicate parts.
