
Electronic Records Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Electronic Records Manager to provide expert systems administration of the Department's Electronic Document and Records Management System (eDRMS). This role requires a skilled professional to support the eDRMS Administrator in managing business information, improving recordkeeping practices, and ensuring compliance with records governance policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the eDRMS through regular system upgrades, testing, change management, data conversion, and process documentation
- Contributing to business process improvements, analyzing current workflows, and recommending enhancements to increase eDRMS effectiveness
- Developing and delivering training modules on eDRMS use and best practices, ensuring staff have necessary competencies and skills
- Producing reports from the eDRMS, including statistical, security, and archiving reports
- Assisting with regular system audits to ensure data quality and integrity
- Collaborating on policy development, procedures, standards, and work instructions for document and records management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in eDRMS administration, security settings, location maintenance, and system options
- Ability to develop and implement recordkeeping solutions, deliver related training, and maintain high-level problem analysis/resolution skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, consultation, and training skills for diverse clients and stakeholders
