We are seeking an experienced Organisational Development Manager to join our team in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane. As a key member of our Organisation Development team, you will play a critical role in driving our global growth ambitions and fostering an inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organisational development frameworks and processes to drive sustainable high performance and build capabilities for the future.
  • Work with business stakeholders to deliver organisation-wide diversity initiatives and employee experience action plans in line with our diversity and listening strategies.
  • Design and deploy metrics to measure the effectiveness of DEI and employee experience initiatives, and present data trends to leadership teams to drive change.
  • Support WGEA reporting by providing information on DEI initiatives and outcomes.
  • Lead the analysis, measurement, and improvement of our current employee experience, diversity, and frameworks, and drive other OD portfolio initiatives as required.
  • Provide education and expert facilitation and coaching to the HR community and people leaders on OD concepts, methods, processes, and tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Tertiary education in a relevant discipline.
  • 5-7 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on organisational development.
  • Program management skills, including data analysis and continuous improvement.
  • Leadership development experience, including executive onboarding.
  • Resourceful and analytical, with a strategic thinking approach.
