Job Title: Head of Talent and Organisational Development

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our talent management and organisational development initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent, as well as driving organisational change and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent
  • Lead organisational development initiatives to drive change and improvement
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement workforce strategies
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across end-to-end talent and workforce planning and development functions
  • Manage the training function and lead recruitment specialists

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in talent management and organisational development
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent management and organisational development strategies
  • Experience leading recruitment specialists and managing the training function
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to provide thought leadership and drive best practice in performance management, leadership development, organisation culture, and employee engagement
