About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Development Lead to join our People & Culture team at CPA Australia Ltd. This is a pivotal time for our organisation, and we need a skilled professional to help us deliver on our vision and purpose.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver effective culture and engagement measurement and employee lifecycle surveys.
  • Partner with the Head of People Experience to define and manage talent and succession planning initiatives.
  • Redefine our annual performance and development cycle to support the growth of our people and organisation.
  • Lead, plan, design and deliver people projects to enable achievement of CPA Australia's strategic objectives.
  • Design and embed our global ways of working and champion wellbeing programs.
What You'll Bring

You are an experienced OD practitioner with a proven track record of delivering employee lifecycle initiatives. You enjoy working in a dynamic team environment with a diverse range of stakeholders. Your experience in the design and delivery of organisational development interventions will see you flourish in this role.
