The Organisational Development Partner plays a key role in the People and Culture team, focusing on the development and delivery of learning and organisational development for the Tabcorp employee workforce nationally. Key responsibilities include:

  • Training and capability needs assessments
  • Ongoing talent and succession planning to address organisational needs
  • Consultation and support to stakeholders at all levels
  • Facilitating training programs for employees across the business
  • Supporting employee experience roles, including P&C-led events and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives
  • Guiding leaders on the Tabcorp Capability Framework
  • Planning and coordinating capability assessments, 360 feedback, and leadership coaching
  • Facilitating face-to-face training, including induction programs and other related training
  • Utilising Tabcorp systems, such as LMS, for capability development
