At MI-GSO | PCUBED, we're on a mission to deliver world-class project, program, and portfolio management expertise to clients across various industries. As a Business Analysis Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in helping our clients achieve their goals and drive business process improvement.

Your Responsibilities
  • Work closely with stakeholders to elicit and define business needs
  • Develop and implement business process improvements using Agile and Waterfall frameworks
  • Collaborate with PMOs to manage multiple projects and support large portfolios
  • Define epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices
  • Build business cases, product roadmaps, and customer journeys
  • Analyze and develop options papers and recommendations
  • Provide task and project estimates, assist with backlog grooming, and lead Scrum ceremonies
  • Analyze and develop organizational change plans
  • Perform process and gap analysis
  • Train users on new processes and systems
  • Plan, oversee, and contribute to system and user acceptance testing
  • Assist with post-implementation support
What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced Business Analysis Consultant with a strong background in client-facing business analysis. You'll have a deep understanding of business analysis software, such as Jira, Confluence, Signavio, and BPMN. Your analytical skills, leadership abilities, and communication skills will be essential in delivering projects that contribute to our clients' growth and competitiveness.
