About the Role
We're committed to helping our members achieve their financial goals. As a Business Transformation Consultant, you'll play a key role in identifying and analyzing opportunities to improve service delivery, experience, and processes within the Member division.
Your primary objective will be to ensure the best business solution is delivered, resulting in value-added outcomes for Australian Retirement Trust and our members.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and quantify opportunities and problems through intelligent analysis of the business environment.
- Managing relationships across Member division, applying excellent facilitation skills to ensure effective group dialogue and consensus.
- Conducting detailed current state and future state process analysis to determine problems, opportunities, and appropriate solutions.
- Prioritizing and managing business requirements using best practice techniques and working with Agile delivery teams to translate requirements into user stories.
This is a 12-month maximum-term opportunity.
About You
We're looking for a great communicator with top-notch interpersonal skills who can pick up problems and come up with quick, creative solutions. You'll likely have:
- Business analysis experience in a non-technical role.
- Demonstrated ability to elicit stakeholder requirements and prepare analysis and visualization models.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capability.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops to engage stakeholders and elicit outcomes for successful change.
