About the Role:
Credit Union Australia is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Solutions Consultant to join our Enterprise Delivery team on a 12-month contract. As a Senior Business Solutions Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting and guiding our stakeholders, and applying the delivery lifecycle to initiatives that enable Credit Union Australia to deliver on its strategic objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Scope, plan, prepare and facilitate workshops with stakeholders and collaborate with all levels of the business to elicit the business and solution requirements.
- Engage with varying stakeholders including Product, Legal, UX, technical delivery teams, and vendors to elicit and playback requirements.
- Facilitate, negotiate and mediate collaboratively to achieve outcomes.
- Act as the business analysis subject matter expert and be recognised as this across the organisation.
- Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders to thoroughly understand business needs and priorities.
- Support the Product Owner in backlog grooming and prioritisation of initiatives.
- Lead iterative delivery ceremonies including retrospectives, iteration planning and daily stand-ups as required.
- Support multiple initiatives at varying stages of the delivery lifecycle.
About You:
- 7+ years' experience on large strategic programs as a Business Analyst across multiple environments using traditional and iterative delivery techniques.
- Well-developed business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, modelling and options analysis.
- A sound understanding (or upskill knowledge) of banking products, specifically transaction products.
- Degree in Management, Business, IT or similar.
- Agile, MSP or similarly certified practitioner will be viewed favourably.
- Experience with digital initiatives; mobile, online banking, websites and online applications is advantageous.
