Job Description

Job Title: Business Consultant Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant Manager to join our team at Mitra Innovation Group. As a Business Consultant Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success by providing strategic guidance and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business analysis to identify areas of improvement and develop strategic solutions to drive business growth.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business solutions that meet client needs and drive business objectives.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of business analysts to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or information technology.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Flexibility: The post holder may be required to work at any of the Mitra sites in line with service and operational needs.
  • Confidentiality: All staff must ensure confidentiality and security of information dealt with in the course of performing their duties.
  • Communication: All staff should be able to communicate effectively and in line with Mitra's style of communications.
