We are seeking an experienced and passionate Business Analysis Consultant to join our Brisbane Hub and support a diverse range of projects. As an MP Consultant, you will play a pivotal functional and advisory role in the successful execution of our clients' projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with various stakeholders to elicit and define business needs.
  • Developing business cases, product roadmaps, and customer journeys.
  • Defining epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices.
  • Providing task and project estimates, assisting with backlog grooming, and running Scrum ceremonies and stand-ups.
  • Analyzing and developing options papers and recommendations.
  • Performing as-is and to-be process and gap analysis.
  • Working with users and providing training on new processes and systems.
  • Planning, overseeing, and contributing to system and user acceptance testing.
  • Assisting in post-implementation support.

As an MP Consultant, you must deliver expertise, adapt to new environments and industries, and work with both internal and external teams. You will represent the MP brand on client sites and exemplify our core DNA of #TeamSpirit, #Commitment, and #Excellence.

We are looking for someone with at least a Bachelor's degree in an engineering field of study, with Master's degrees being advantageous. Qualifications and/or certifications in Agile, SAFE, IIBA, or BABOK will be given considerable regard. You should have 5-8 years of experience in client-facing business analyst experience and a deep understanding of Business Analysis software, such as Jira, Confluence, Signavio, BPMN, or other process tools.

You must possess strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills to successfully execute and deliver projects that contribute to the organization's growth and competitiveness.
