Job Summary

The Senior Building Engineer plays a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the operational efficiency of commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties across the Charlotte Metro area.

This is a leadership position that requires expertise in building maintenance and repair, facility management, and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities:
