Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Support Analyst to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and resolving IT issues across various infrastructure platforms.

Your primary responsibilities will include proactive and predictive monitoring of servers, storage, software, and batch job flows. You will also be responsible for supporting enterprise environments, including Windows, Linux, Citrix, IIS, and Middleware.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will be required to participate in cross-functional project teams, major incident response, and disaster recovery exercises. Your ability to analyze and document IT problems and solutions will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive and predictive monitoring and issue resolution for servers, storage, software, and batch job flows.
  • Support enterprise environments including Windows, Linux, Citrix, IIS, and Middleware.
  • Assist in server reboots, monthly patching, and infrastructure-related support requests.
  • Participate in cross-functional project teams, major incident response, and disaster recovery exercises.
  • Document IT problems and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Citrix), Microsoft Office tools, and strong written/verbal communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Storage Area Network (SAN) infrastructure.
