Job Overview

As an IT Infrastructure Professional, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the organization's computer systems, networks, and technology infrastructure to ensure efficient and secure operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computers, servers, software, and networking equipment promptly to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Monitor system performance and security measures, implementing updates, patches, and backup procedures to protect organizational data and prevent cyber threats.
  • Provide expert-level technical support and training to end-users and staff on software applications, hardware use, and IT policies adherence.
  • Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system configurations in line with company policies and security standards to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with Corporate IT Teams to assess technology needs, recommend solutions, and coordinate IT projects or system upgrades to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Develop and enforce cybersecurity protocols to safeguard against unauthorized access, data breaches, and cyber threats, ensuring the organization's sensitive information remains confidential and secure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical expertise in operating systems, network technologies, hardware components, and software applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose complex IT system failures and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication abilities to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users and collaborate with team members effectively.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms virtualization technologies, and cybersecurity principles to stay ahead of emerging trends and threats.
  • Experience with system backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning to ensure minimal disruption and maximum resilience.

Educational Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields is commonly required to excel in this role.
