Civil Engineer Position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Civil Engineer to join our team. As a member of our Civil group, you will gain hands-on experience and personalized mentorship from experienced engineers while working on impactful infrastructure projects across various sectors.

About the Role:
  • Gain technical expertise by working alongside experienced mentors who will guide your growth and career development.
  • Contribute to meaningful projects that involve planning, design, and implementation of real-world infrastructure like utility systems, landfills, dams, and stream restoration efforts.
  • Develop key skills such as creating drawings, performing engineering calculations, and assisting with specifications, reports, and cost estimates.
  • Support civil site design by helping with grading plans, stormwater management, and permitting processes.
  • Collaborate with clients and teams to deliver innovative project solutions.

About You:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a related field.
  • Have 0-2 years of progressive experience in civil engineering design projects.
  • Aspire to take the Professional Engineer (P.E.) exam within the next 4-5 years.
  • Display strong prioritization skills and be well-organized.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
