Job Title: Office Support Specialist
About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage office supplies, ensuring a high level of organization and efficiency.
- Schedule and coordinate courier services for timely delivery of medical kits.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
- Utilize MYOB software to manage financial tasks and provide support to the team.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or office support role.
- An intelligent problem solver with excellent critical thinking skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MYOB software and ability to learn new systems quickly.
