Job Title: Administrator / Office Support Specialist

We are a customer service-focused organization seeking an Administration Assistant to provide exceptional support to our clients.

Our client base includes various industries such as Local Government, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Mining, Construction, Stores & Warehousing, and General Administration.

As a dynamic and personable individual, you will be the first point of contact via telephone, greeting walk-in clients, and providing outstanding customer service. You will also be responsible for data entry, filing, completing placements, payroll, and invoicing duties, general office administration, and effective communication.
