Job Title: Office Support Specialist

Were seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Office Support Specialist.

You will be based in a busy showroom and have the opportunity to assist with residential projects, display homes and other tasks.

About You:

We are looking for someone who has the ability to work well in a small team and take ownership of their role. Our ideal candidate is someone who is flexible and able to juggle work and family commitments effectively.

Our ideal candidate should bring:

  • Experience in a professional office environment
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • Fluency across Microsoft Applications (word, excel, outlook etc)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • A professional approach and the ability to work with and serve people effectively;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A flexible and collaborative approach with a can-do attitude

Your Day-to-Day:

As an Office Support Specialist, your day-to-day tasks may include:

  • Day-to-day running of the office and showroom sampling
  • Entering invoices and managing financial transactions
  • Scheduling deliveries and furniture orders
  • Data Entry and maintenance of CRM systems
  • Liaising with clients and external suppliers
  • Assisting with product selections and sourcing
  • General administration and PA duties
