About the Role
A dynamic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at a thriving club. As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to menu development.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and maintain culinary standards
* Supervise and mentor kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery
* Contribute to menu development and dish presentation
* Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure compliance with food safety standards
* Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating
* Manage stock levels and ensure food cost targets are met
* Assist in the training and development of junior kitchen staff

Requirements
* Experience in a similar Sous Chef role, preferably within a club or high-volume venue
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Excellent knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with stock management and menu costing
