**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Facilities Management to lead our facilities operations on campus. This is a unique opportunity to join the Florida Tech team and make a significant impact on our campus community.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Plan, direct, and oversee all aspects of facilities management, including capital projects, building and grounds maintenance, construction, reporting, and custodial services.
  • Develop and administer facilities services and construction project budgets, monitoring and approving expenditures as necessary.
  • Supervise and participate in the development and implementation of divisional goals, initiatives, and strategies to create and maintain safe, functional, secure, clean, and orderly facilities.
  • Coordinate with other divisions, departments, and outside agencies to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in facilities management, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic planning.
  • Strong knowledge of facility management principles, practices, and regulations, including construction rules and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

**Benefits:**

  • A competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
