About the Role
\We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Public Transport Service Ambassador to join our team at Kinetic. In this exciting role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers on board our bus services and within the community.
\As a Public Transport Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and assistance to passengers on bus services. This includes answering questions and educating customers about ticketing products and the bus network to enhance their public transport experience.
\You will also maintain a visible presence on board bus services and bus stations to enhance passenger and driver security. Additionally, you will engage with local communities to foster an understanding of the bus network and encourage its use.
\To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication skills to interact with people from diverse social and cultural backgrounds. You must also be able to remain calm and exercise good judgment in high-pressure environments.
\The ideal candidate will have conflict resolution skills and the ability to de-escalate and resolve conflicts. Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities are also essential, as well as the ability to contribute to a positive workplace culture and work cohesively in a supportive team.

Benefits
