Executive Director Role

Job Description

The Executive Director is responsible for spearheading the organization's mission to combat domestic violence, abuse, and neglect. This senior leadership position demands exceptional strategic planning, operational management, quality assurance, and financial acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with the Board of Directors and stakeholders.
  • Represent and promote the organization's interests to governmental entities, local communities, accrediting bodies, and the general public.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality clinical care and internal customer service that consistently demonstrates progress towards meeting the highest standards.

To excel in this role, an individual must possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics.

Requirements of the Position

This position requires a minimum of 11-12 direct reports, each supervising a team of employees.
