Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Growth Director to lead our go-to-market efforts in Australia. This role will be responsible for managing the full sales lifecycle from planning and prospecting through to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and expansion in Australia, focusing on net-new logos and account expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Manage the sales lifecycle, including planning, prospecting, needs assessment, proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term partnerships and shaping growth strategies.
  • Balance hunting new opportunities with farming existing accounts to maximize value delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in business development and sales within a systems integrator or technology consultancy.
  • Strong background in data analytics or data platforms (Databricks or Snowflake preferred).
  • Established network across Australian enterprise, government, and technology partners.
  • Skilled in new business acquisition, from lead generation and prospecting through to deal closure.
  • Ability to understand client challenges and translate them into high-value solutions.
  • Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset, with resilience under pressure.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a client-first approach.
  • Confident in presentations, workshops, and coaching to drive engagement.
  • Strategic thinker with adaptability to navigate complex environments.
