Project Support Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support our Darwin Ship Lift project. This is a fixed-term contract for approximately 2 years.

In this role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve deadlines and deliver exceptional outcomes. You will provide high-level advice and assistance to key stakeholders, act as a first point of contact for HR queries, and implement workforce planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level advice and assistance to key stakeholders

  • Develop reports and data analysis across HR metrics

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a general Human Resources role
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management experience
  • High-level problem-solving skills and critical thinking
