**Job Overview:**

Hilton Hotels is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-class employee relations services to two Hilton hotels.

**About the Role:**

This is a critical role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with hotel management to develop and implement strategies that drive business results while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR advice and support to hotel managers to drive business performance and manage employee relations issues.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular coaching and feedback sessions to ensure employees are meeting expectations.
  • Manage succession planning and talent development initiatives to ensure continuity of leadership.
  • Collaborate with hotel management to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a hospitality or retail environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with conflict resolution and mediation.
