Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is £42,000-£50,000. Job Description

You will be responsible for providing first-class employee relations services to two Hilton hotels, delivering an excellent team member experience. Your duties will include:

  • Providing and delivering first-class employee relations services
  • Assisting the HR Director with HR strategy
  • Managing succession planning with senior managers during the bi-annual appraisal process
  • Managing employee relations issues in the hotel in a confidential manner
  • Supporting managers to ensure the success of their teams
  • Ensuring recruitment and selection process adherence
  • Supporting the hotel with departmental training requirements
Requirements and Qualifications

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain a positive attitude, good communication and people skills, a commitment to delivering high-level customer service, flexibility to respond to different work situations, and the ability to work under pressure. It would be advantageous to demonstrate knowledge of hospitality, employment law, and employee relations, as well as tertiary qualifications.

About You

You will be working on behalf of our guests and with other team members. To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to manage performance concerns and grievances from beginning to end, possess a good understanding of employment law and employee relations, and be able to work independently or as part of a team.
