Job Opportunity: Support WorkerEvolving Support Services offers a unique role for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker. This casual position provides the opportunity to work with participants in the Moreton Bay Region and North Brisbane, delivering personalized support that empowers individuals to reach their full potential.To succeed in this role, you will possess:
  • A proven track record of working with individuals with complex support needs in diverse environments
  • Excellent communication skills, coupled with a positive attitude and willingness to engage with others
  • A Certificate III in Disability, Aged Care or Individual Support, or higher, along with relevant certifications such as First Aid and CPR
  • A valid Drivers Licence and Comprehensive Car Insurance
