About the Role

As an Empowering Support Specialist, you will assist participants and their support networks through assessments and person-centred planning. You will develop and implement evidence-based plans, championing participants' objectives, abilities, and interests.

Your Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience
  • Extensive experience working within the NDIS framework and supporting individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviours
  • Qualified professionals or individuals with extensive experience in the disability sector
  • Passion for supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours
  • Commitment to person-centred practice and reducing restrictive interventions
  • Strong report writing skills and the ability to translate assessment findings into clear, actionable plans
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to balance a dynamic caseload
