Our Sales and Success team supports Canva Enterprise, empowering every organisation to design. We work closely with our customers to understand their goals and provide innovative solutions that help them succeed.

About the Role

As a Mid-Market Sales Representative, you will lead with a data-driven approach to identify and reach out to potential customers who are likely to benefit from Canva's products. You will manage pipeline, revenue forecasts, and sales activity using Salesforce for maximum efficiency and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Planning: Develop targeted sales activities based on market analysis and customer feedback.
  • Customer Centric: Leverage compelling storytelling and vision transfer to guide customers on a personalized journey.
  • Product Expertise: Showcase deep knowledge of Canva's product and creative solutions to address customers' unique problems.
  • Foster Long-term Relationships: Recognize the value of building lasting partnerships with customers and internal teams.

Requirements

We're looking for experienced professionals with a passion for building relationships and driving sales growth. You should have a track record of managing full sales cycles, including prospecting with a focus on new logo attainment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
