
Sales Expansion Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead sales growth across Western Australia from our Perth-based branch in Malaga.
You will work closely with the National Sales & Operations Manager and internal teams to develop and execute targeted growth strategies, driving margin and revenue growth through strategic cold calling, networking, and tailored solutions aligned with industry-leading products.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business expansion and revenue growth
Pursue new sales opportunities with existing and key clients through proactive outreach and relationship-building
Understand clients' specific needs and challenges, offering customized solutions that leverage our company's expertise and offerings
Collaborate with internal teams to develop bespoke solutions for clients
Provide regular sales performance updates and market feedback to national leadership
Inspire, coach, and develop direct reports to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in business-to-business sales with a strong background in transport hydraulics
A hands-on approach with sharp problem-solving skills and a proactive business development mindset
A positive attitude that brings energy to the team and excellent communication skills
Good leadership and team development skills, including the ability to inspire and motivate direct reports
