Sales Expansion Manager

We seek a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead sales operations and business expansion in the mining sector.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Development: Identify new clients, develop growth strategies, and achieve annual sales targets.
- Key Account Management: Serve as primary contact for key mining clients, conduct quarterly reviews, resolve issues, and analyze competitor activities.
- Field Engagement: Spend 60% of time traveling to mining sites for technical consultations, audits, and contract negotiations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Mandatory:
- Valid work authorization in Australia;
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in mining sectors with an established network;
- Demonstrated record of achieving >20% YoY growth in complex sales environments;
- Resilient, self-motivated, and able to thrive in high-pressure settings;
- Physically fit to navigate remote mining sites and endure extended travel (up to 4 weeks/month).
- Valid work authorization in Australia;
- Preferred:
- Proficiency in Mandarin;
- Technical knowledge of heavy machinery or OTR tires.
