Key Position: Country Sales Leader for Mining Operations

We seek an experienced sales professional to drive growth and expansion in the Australian and Oceania regions, leveraging their extensive network within the mining industry.


Primary Responsibilities
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key decision-makers at prominent mining corporations.
  • Develop and implement tailored growth strategies to achieve annual sales targets and enhance market presence.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and communication.

Strategic Business Development

  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Develop comprehensive business plans to achieve client objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

Mandatory

  • Work Authorization: Valid right to work in Australia.
  • Industry Expertise: 5+ years of B2B sales experience in mining sectors; established connections with mining operations, procurement heads, and fleet managers.
  • Demonstrated record of achieving >20% YoY growth in complex sales environments.
  • Personal Attributes: Resilient, self-motivated, and able to thrive in high-pressure settings.
  • Physically fit to navigate remote mining sites and endure extended travel.
  • Language: Native or fluent English proficiency.

Preferred

  • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken/written).
  • Technical knowledge of OTR tires or heavy machinery.
