Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute individual sales strategies to meet and exceed regional sales targets by driving new business, penetrating new markets, and expanding our presence within assigned regions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, including toolmakers, OEMs, aftermarket manufacturers, and general engineering companies.
- Provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction, offering technical advice and application support to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in our products and their applications, monitoring industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, tracking activities and opportunities effectively.
- Travel to meet with clients, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships across assigned regions.
Requirements:
- 3-4+ years experience in technical sales or business development, preferably in mechanical, production, quality, or materials engineering.
- Proven ability to manage 1-3-month sales cycles.
- Experience in direct B2B technical sales within mining, tools, or materials sectors, with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Excellent communication and consultative sales skills.
