The Global Remuneration Strategist role presents a unique chance to collaborate with the People & Culture team at Flight Centre Travel Group. This position involves developing and implementing global remuneration strategies that align with the company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:• Collaborate closely with the project team for the implementation of our HRIS as the Remuneration SME.
• Conduct ongoing benchmarking and analysis to ensure our remuneration packages remain competitive globally.
• Support operational activities related to remuneration and benefits, providing expert guidance and support to the People & Culture teams as needed.
• Assist in the administration and management of executive remuneration, ensuring compliance with legislative changes and market trends.
About You
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Reward Specialist or in a similar remuneration-focused role is required.
• Strong experience using benchmarking methodologies such as Aon/Radford and/or Mercer is essential.
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills are necessary for this position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to influence and build relationships across various levels of the organisation.
Salary and Benefits
We estimate a salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum based on the requirements of this role and industry standards. Flight Centre Travel Group offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes flight privileges, flexible work arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.
