We are seeking a skilled Compensation Strategist to join our team and play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing remuneration programs that align with our organisation's purpose and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive remuneration strategies that meet regulatory requirements and maintain employee engagement.
- Lead the delivery of reward activities and projects, including performance and remuneration reviews, gender pay analysis, and policy reviews.
- Manage ART's reward policies to ensure competitiveness and alignment with our purpose and strategy.
- Provide expert guidance on remuneration governance and support effective people processes.
To succeed in this role, you will have a strong understanding of remuneration structures, benefits management, and related legislation. Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing remuneration programs is essential, as well as advanced analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS and compensation software.
You will also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in financial services or a global organisation highly regarded. A proven track record in leading a small team of professionals and experts, along with the ability to manage high-volume work demands while maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships, is required.
