Job Title: Enterprise Project Lead

Role Overview:

As an experienced project manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and efficiency by overseeing and delivering key projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects align with our strategic objectives and are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of internal cross-functional projects such as cybersecurity hardening, SOC providers management, solution researching, etc.
  • Have a good understanding of business requirements and collaborate closely with cybersecurity manager and engineer team, software engineering, operations, and more to gather accurate project information and develop actionable plans.
  • Drive tracking, task allocation, and risk management across projects, proactively identifying and resolving blockages.
  • Act as the point of contact for key external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and cooperation.
  • Draft and maintain essential project documents including project board, requirement, and decision documents, change logs, communication plans, and more.
  • Continuously improve project management practices to enhance team efficiency and cross-team collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in IT/CS/Cybersecurity.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in project coordination or management, ideally with cross-team or company-wide initiatives.
  • Able to manage multiple projects independently and prioritize effectively under a dynamic workload.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin—comfortable leading meetings, writing documentation, and handling vendor coordination in both languages.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, proactive, and self-disciplined with strong interests in technology and financial industry.
