The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager who can lead complex, large-scale constructions from planning to completion. This senior leadership role will see you drive outcomes, lead high-performing teams, and act as the key contact for clients and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Oversee procurement, contracts, and construction schedules to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Lead and manage consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to achieve project goals.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with clients, authorities, and internal teams.
  • Monitor risk, compliance, and quality systems to address issues proactively.
  • Provide regular performance reporting and forecast reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in a similar Project Manager role.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering high-rise residential or commercial projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • High attention to detail, with strong contract administration and reporting capabilities.
