Job Title: General Manager, Portfolio Management

At Mirvac Group, we are seeking an experienced General Manager, Portfolio Management to lead our Build to Rent (BTR) Asset Management and Operations teams. As a key member of our Asset Management leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-performance asset management functions to maximise investment performance and customer outcomes of all assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the BTR Asset Management and Operations teams to ensure delivery of high-performance asset management functions.
  • Develop and execute strategic asset plans for each asset, including objectives, capital investment plans, and future direction.
  • Drive operational excellence to create value through optimised leasing, rental, and NOI growth.
  • Manage relationships with key service providers and stakeholders, including investor representatives and Mirvac functions.
  • Provide strong ongoing focus on process improvement and simplification, and streamlining of operational models and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in property operations.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or Economics.
  • Significant experience in a medium to large real estate organisation.
  • Track record of successfully managing a significant real estate fund.
  • Project management and risk management expertise.
  • Ability to effectively deal with ambiguity and complexity and/or demanding negotiations.
  • Strong general management and leadership skills, with proven experience at senior leadership level leading large and diverse teams.
