About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Portfolio Director to join our team at Gough Recruitment. Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and success

  • Negotiate and resolve conflicts to maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements
  • Proven experience in portfolio management and leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of retail property and commercial acumen
  • Ability to navigate complex matrix reporting and delegate tasks effectively
