Curtis Partnership is a leading recruitment agency specialising in Property, Sales, Marketing & Operations, Technology, Finance and Accounting roles.

Our client is an international retailer with a portfolio of circa 200 stores in Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Portfolio Manager/Retail Leasing Executive to manage all strip retail and shopping centre leases for the portfolio nationally.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of portfolio management/lease management experience, excellent relationships with landlords and peers, and the ability to negotiate lease renewals, extensions, make goods and relocations.

Key responsibilities include managing landlord relationships, advising internal stakeholders on lease obligations, and overseeing property budgets.

Travel is required within this role, and the successful candidate will have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
