Job Title: National Portfolio Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Portfolio Director to join our team at Gough Recruitment. As a National Portfolio Director, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership across a National Key Account, with a constant commitment to providing exceptional service and delivery to the client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish strategy, vision & goals across the national property business
  • Delegate, influence & motivate team to deliver outcomes in a timely manner
  • Keep team accountable, mitigate turnover and recognise achievements where necessary
  • Be adaptable to change when wider economic situations demand
  • Ability to manage teams remotely
  • P&L management
  • Assistance with budgets & forecasting
  • Negotiation
  • People Management – ability to hire, retain and upskill
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of retail property
  • Proven experience managing portfolios of assets
  • Ability to navigate group level matrix reporting
  • Ability to delegate and motivate staff locally & remotely
  • The ability to communicate and convey ideas to a wide audience
  • Able to deal with sensitive information
  • Commitment to quality & compliance
  • Highly ethical
  • Proven in setting strategy and delivering outcomes on time
  • Commercial acumen
  • Adaptable nature and comfortable pivoting strategy in line with wider economic changes
