Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

The purpose of this position is to identify and support customers in exploring their current and future financial needs. This involves provision of relevant financial products and services, as well as facilitation of referrals to specialist teams when required.

Key Responsibilities
  • To develop customer relationships through regular contact and proactive lead management
  • To seek opportunities for referrals and execute customer loan maintenance needs
  • To coach colleagues and work closely with the Branch Manager

  • You will have experience in delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • You will possess excellent customer service skills, preferably from the banking industry
  • You will be able to build long lasting relationships and positive customer experiences
