
Continuous Improvement Specialist

The role of Quality Improvement Coordinator plays a pivotal part in promoting a strong culture of continuous improvement activities through the implementation and monitoring of quality assurance programs ensuring compliance against industry standards.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver comprehensive induction and ongoing education programs to staff members.
- Manage incident reports, develop relevant policies and procedures, and provide regular reporting updates.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- A tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in disability, ageing, mental health, youth, or a related field is required.
- A Certificate IV Training Assessment with expertise in delivering effective group and one-on-one training sessions, and developing high-quality written training materials.
- Experience in delivering continuous quality improvement activities, including providing effective feedback and developing compliance resources.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data interpretation and process management are essential.
