The RoleAs a Quality Improvement Coordinator, you will play a vital role in championing a culture of continuous improvement within our organisation. Your responsibilities will include the implementation and monitoring of quality assurance programs, ensuring compliance against relevant standards.
You will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive induction and ongoing education programs, as well as incident management and policy development.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in designing and delivering comprehensive training programs focused on active support, human rights, and practice excellence.
Experience in policy and procedure development, as well as maintaining client record systems, is also essential.
Key Requirements- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline
- A Certificate IV Training Assessment, enabling you to confidently deliver effective group and one-to-one training
- Experience in delivering continuous quality improvement activities, providing effective feedback, and developing compliance resources
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data interpretation and process management
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management skills
