Quality Improvement Role

As a Quality Improvement Coordinator, you will play a key role in championing a strong culture of continuous improvement activities. You will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive induction and ongoing education programmes, incident management, and reporting.

About the Role

You will demonstrate a strong background in designing and delivering training programs focused on active support, human rights, and practice excellence. Must have experience in policy and procedure development, maintaining client record systems, and providing effective feedback and developing compliance resources.

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience (disability/ageing/mental health/youth or relevant discipline)
  • Certificate IV Training Assessment with ability to deliver effective group and 1:1 training and develop high-quality written training materials
