About the RoleYou will demonstrate a strong background in designing and delivering training programs focused on active support, human rights, and practice excellence. Must have experience in policy and procedure development, maintaining client record systems, and providing effective feedback and developing compliance resources.
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience (disability/ageing/mental health/youth or relevant discipline)
- Certificate IV Training Assessment with ability to deliver effective group and 1:1 training and develop high-quality written training materials
- Experience in delivering continuous quality improvement activities, including provision of effective feedback and development of compliance resources
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data interpretation and process improvement
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management skills
