Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to develop and implement quality assurance systems and processes that assess service delivery quality and legislative compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective internal controls to inform direction for continuous quality improvement.
- Assess internal and external service delivery quality and legislative compliance.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to identify areas for quality improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in quality assurance and improvement.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
