About You

As a highly skilled professional, you will have a proven background in designing and delivering comprehensive training programs focused on active support, human rights, and practice excellence with an emphasis on supporting individuals with complex needs.

In addition, you must be able to demonstrate:

  • A strong tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as disability, ageing, mental health, or youth services
  • Certificate IV Training Assessment with the ability to deliver effective group and one-on-one training, develop high-quality written training materials, and maintain accurate client records
  • Experience in delivering continuous quality improvement activities, providing constructive feedback, and developing compliance resources
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data interpretation and process management
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and project management skills
