About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Sales Consultant to join our team at Impel Management. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued members.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our members, guiding them through their health insurance journey and providing personalized support to meet their needs. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products that enhance the member experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Previous experience in a call centre environment and customer retention is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage outbound calls to engage with members and uncover their needs
  • Proactively reach out to members who may be considering changes to their policies
  • Address overdue payments in a professional and friendly manner
  • Deliver exceptional service while identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products
